authorities of Rotary Club-it stood as one of their essential
responsibilities to turn the hi-tech Navi Mumbai city into a “NO
BLIND” zone; thus making it the true smart city. Currently, there
is a notable scarcity for eye

issue and create awareness about eye-donation and pledge.
